Terms of Service for SnoreIQ
These terms govern your use of SnoreIQ, including recording responsibility, personal informational reports, and optional backup.
Acceptance of terms
By using SnoreIQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Permitted use
SnoreIQ is designed for personal informational use. Its Audio AI model runs locally on your device to help organize sleep-related audio patterns. You agree to use SnoreIQ lawfully, respectfully, and only in ways that do not violate the rights of others.
You are responsible for your device, your app settings, your recordings, and any backup choices you make.
Audio recording responsibility
SnoreIQ records audio only after you start a recording session. Because recordings may capture background noise, speech, other people's voices, partner sounds, or nearby audio, users are responsible for using SnoreIQ lawfully and respectfully, including notifying or obtaining consent from people nearby if required by local law.
Important medical disclaimer
SnoreIQ is not a medical device. SnoreIQ does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, monitor, or manage any disease or medical condition, including sleep apnea. SnoreIQ does not provide medical advice. Scores, charts, recordings, labels, summaries, patterns, or insights are for personal informational purposes only. If you are concerned about snoring, breathing interruptions, poor sleep, excessive daytime sleepiness, or any health condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Optional backup and third-party services
Optional backup uses your own Google Drive account, under your control. Your use of Google Drive or other third-party services may be governed by those services' terms and privacy policies.
Changes and availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We may also update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
No warranties
SnoreIQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent allowed by law, InI Labs Inc. disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, InI Labs Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of SnoreIQ.
